No. 1920 was brewed by women in the Twin Ports for Pink Boots Society’s annual Collaboration Brew Day. This event was born of Pink Boots Society members’ desire to take part in International Women’s Day (IWD) March 8th by raising the profile of women’s roles in the beer industry.  Our recipe includes the exclusive 2018 Pink Boots Blend from YCH Hops. Hop varieties in this blend are Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Loral. Over 200 different breweries participated in this world-wide collaboration brew day. We coordinated with several women in the Twin Ports brewing community and the local Barley’s Angels group to create this beer. The Pink Boots Society receives $3 per pound of the hop blend used in this recipe and proceeds from sales of this collaboration brew, which it applies to educational scholarships for its members.
