Strawberry Shortcake

This beer is our unofficial anniversary beer, name 627 for our opening date. We make a malty ale that tastes a bit like pie crust then add 800 lbs. of strawberries. This beer is tart with a nice dark red hue and a strong strawberry aroma and flavor.
