Sour Cherry Ale

We used a wheat recipe and dried the beer out to offset sweetness, then added copious amounts of sour cherries and a bit of black current. This pinkinsh colored beer has a great cherry aroma with some peach & passion fruit notes with a dark berry crisp and fruity finish.
