Barrel Aged Sour Imperial Stout (2024)
Our Imperial Stout brewed over 3 years ago, then aged in Four Roses Bourbon barrels. Black as night with a tan head, it offers pleasant aromas of vanilla, chocolate, and red fruit. The complex tartness from the wild fermentation complements flavors of blackberry, warming whiskey, and molasses.
