India Pale Cream Ale

A very unique hoppy ale. Brewed as a cream ale, meaning we fermented it first with lager yeast then finished it with ale yeast. Providing the smooth creamy mouthfeel and flavor typical of cream ales. We made this beer quite a bit stronger (IPA level strength) then we hopped it accordingly.
