Essentially a “heferoggen”, this beer is made with malted rye instead of wheat, then finished off with a hefeweizen yeast. This beer has a natural haze from the high protein malt bill. It pours a hazy amber color with a thick off-white head, with aromas of raisin, cedar, and biscuit.
